Mr. Roland Ehigiamusoe is a seasoned information technology and management consulting services leader with over 17 years of professional services experience. He holds a Masters of Science (MSc.) degree from the University of Maryland in Applied Computer Science and an undergraduate degree from University of Benin in Civil Engineering.

He has sold, managed and delivered multi-million-dollar professional service engagements for clients throughout the United States across a variety of Retail and Consumer Products industry sectors. He has an excellent track record of optimizing client performance through the delivery of strategic and transformational services, operational improvements, and information technology solutions in both private and public sectors.

Mr. Roland specializes in developing strategic roadmaps and initiatives, analytics and cognitive innovation, solution deployment, program portfolio management, project management, data management and analysis, business process management, mobile application development, and strategic planning. His industry experience includes retail, wholesale and distribution, hi-tech and consumer products. He is very passionate about the working professionals he both mentors and leads and believes firmly in developing and advocating for talent.
