Osen Iyahen

Osen is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of diverse functional experiences within top-tier global organizations across the Energy, Agro-allied, and Pharmaceutical industries in the United States, Middle East and Africa. She is presently the Post Acquisition Integration Leader for General Electric’s Power Services business across sub-Saharan Africa.
Since joining GE in 2012, she has held several roles in Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Operations within GE’s Power and Oil & Gas businesses. Osen is an alumni of the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) and the Corporate Leadership Staff (CLS), both renowned leadership programs of the General Electric Company.

Prior to joining GE, she held a series of commercial roles with increasing responsibility including senior roles with ExxonMobil Gas & Power Marketing, where she was involved in negotiating commercial terms of contracts for several projects across North America.
Osen is passionate about education, the environment and women empowerment. She has led the Women in Commercial group of GE Nigeria’s Women’s Network over the last couple of years and volunteered regularly with Junior Achievement while working in the United States.

Osen obtained her MBA from INSEAD in Singapore and France; and holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri in the United States. She is married with 2 sons.
