OLABIMPE ALABI

Olabimpe is a transactional lawyer with over a decadeof working experience. She is currently a Senior Regional Legal Counsel at JCDecaux Sub-Saharan Africa.
Before joining JCDecaux, she served as Head, Legal & Company Secretary at LADOL Free Zone. During the formative years of her career, she worked in a law firm and subsequently served a two-year stint as a consultant in a management consulting firm.

Olabimpe holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Business Administration (Management Specialisation) degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She is a licensed solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. She is also a Bureau Veritas certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System internal auditor.

Olabimpe has had the privilege of having good mentors who invested time and knowledge in shaping her professional and learning development. She received valuable support and assistance from these mentors, not just in the big decisions, but also in little details that can make or mar one’s career.

Olabimpe believes that success does not necessarily have to be achieved through a structured and preordained career path. She welcomes the opportunity to inspire young leaders to improve their self-assessment and rightly position themselves to access the opportunities abound.
