Imona Adebo

Imona is a Petroleum Engineer with over 18 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. He graduated with a first class honours degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Benin, and a Master’s of Science in the same discipline from Imperial College London. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Oil and Gas Management (with distinction) from the Robert Gordon University of Aberdeen.

He started his career with a brief stint in management consulting with Accenture before proceeding for postgraduate studies at Imperial College. He has worked for several international major integrated and independent oil and gas companies in a variety of technical and managerial roles. He is a member of the Energy Institute (EI) and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). He is currently an active mentor in the SPE mentoring platform.

He is interested in mentoring anyone with the necessary prerequisite knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry.
