Geraldine Ilevbabor

Geraldine has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Abuja, FCT and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos.

She has over 10 years’ experience working in the Telecommunications, Online Retail and Management Consulting sectors.

She started her professional career in 2009 as a Call Centre Agent in MTN, Nigeria.

In 2011, she joined Etisalat Nigeria, as a Quality Assurance Executive and moved to OLX, Nigeria in 2015 as Associate Lead, User Operations. In 2017, she assumed the role of Management Consultant and Head, Business Development in Quick Projects Limited responsible for the identification, development and implementation of internal and external projects in various private and public sectors.

Geraldine is certified in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (PMI, USA) and Health Safety and Environment (HSE), from the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals (NISP).

Geraldine is currently Mentorship Programme Coordinator of RETECH Foundation, Nigeria. She is an enthusiast and is highly result oriented. Geraldine enjoys travelling, swimming and making pastries. She is passionate about mentoring and empowering talented young minds with potential to achieve excellence.
