Emeka Oti is the Executive Director of Strata Search Ltd. He also heads the Pipelines and Subsea services business unit, providing technical and commercial leadership to a team of highly skilled engineering and project management professionals in delivering a portfolio of brownfield and greenfield projects for multinational operators.

Prior to joining Strata Search, he has worked for Apache Corporation, USA, as Subsea Lead, successfully delivering several high-profile projects on Apache owned and operated assets within the UKCS of the North Sea. Projects delivered range from new field developments to operational maintenance and intervention programmes on existing subsea and offshore infrastructure. Prior to joining Apache, he has also worked for Susbea 7, FMC Technologies, Bibby Offshore and several other major multinational service contractors and consultancies in various management and engineering roles.

Mr Oti holds a first-class bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc Subsea Engineering from the University of Aberdeen. He is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with the UK Engineering Council and an APM qualified Project Manager.
