Ethics, Integrity and Gender Based Violence Talk at Government Day Science College, Tunga.

RETECH Foundation in collaboration with RAiSE Foundation gave a talk on ethics, integrity and gender-based violence to students of Government Day Science College, Tunga, Niger State. The talk was an important opportunity to educate young minds on some of the most pressing issues facing society today.

The focus of the talk was on the importance of ethics and integrity in all aspects of life, from personal relationships to professional conduct. It was stressed that students need to cultivate a strong sense of ethical behavior early on in life in order to succeed in their future careers. We emphasized the importance of honesty, trustworthiness, and transparency in all dealings, and how these values can help to build strong relationships based on mutual respect and understanding.

Another key component of the talk was the issue of gender-based violence. we highlighted how GBV has a severe negative impact on families and how it can have severe negative impacts on individuals, families, and communities. We discussed the importance of recognizing the signs of abuse and standing up against it, both as individuals and as a society.

We also emphasized the need for men to become allies in the fight against gender-based violence, and for society as a whole to work towards creating a culture of respect and equality. The students were enthusiastic throughout the talk, asking thoughtful questions. We were impressed by the level of engagement and interest shown by the students.
