Cultivating a Culture of Reading at Government Girls Secondary School, Zonkwa, Kaduna

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of 10 RETECH Foundation Book Clubs (RFBCs) at Government Girls Secondary School, Zonkwa, Kaduna. ????

Within these book clubs, each comprising 10 enthusiastic members, students will convene monthly to discuss and reflect on the books they’ve delved into, nurturing a profound affection for the written word.

Our sincere appreciation extends to the school’s dedicated leadership: The principal Mrs. Helen James and the Book Club coordinator, Mr. Ibrahim Ishaya. A special shoutout to our state coordinator, Mr. Kwasu Katung, whose efforts were pivotal in ensuring the success of this initiative.

Collectively, we’re kindling a fervour for reading and the pursuit of knowledge that will radiate within the hearts and minds of these remarkable students! ????
