I have had a HR generalist background however my core competencies cut across: Organizational Development, HR Strategy and Transformation, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement and Coaching/Consultative Selling

Asides my 9-5 I am a career coach and I run a career development platform on Instagram (Career Development by Chinwe) where I coach and advocate for Personal Development through my coaching programme – Candid with Young Professionals. I am focused on providing young professionals with the skills and strategies to identify purposeful career paths and thrive in their careers.

I hold a M.Sc. Human Resources from Cornell University and I am a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi) from the renowned HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute).
