ADEKEMI ADISA
Kemi holds an Electrical & Computer Engineering degree from Federal University of Technology, Minna and a Master of International Human Resource Management from the Cranfield University, UK and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Leicester, UK. She has over 18 years’ experience in creating business improvement solutions by partnering with and influencing key stakeholders for optimal business outcomes.
Her professional career commenced in 2001 when she joined KPMG Professional Services (Formerly Andersen) after a brief stint at Bank PHB and in 2002, she was head hunted by MTN Nigeria Telecommunications Limited. Through the years, her dynamic career at MTN has been marked by exemplary performance, commendations and steady progression through increasingly challenging positions. Positions she has held at MTN include – Project Manager, Salaries Unit; Reward Specialist; Senior Manager, Reward & Performance Management; and Senior Manager, Business Partnering.
In 2012, she was the Head of Human Resources at MTN Guinea where she revamped the HR department and resolved lingering employee/industrial relations crisis. She returned to Nigeria as Senior Manager, Employee Services and was subsequently, appointed Senior Manager, Organisation Development responsible for deploying OD interventions to enhance employee engagement, performance and productivity.
Kemi is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and serves as a Compensation & Benefits subject matter expert for CIPM.
Currently the General Manager, Organisation Effectiveness & Change at MTN Nigeria, Kemi is an advocate of gender equality and women development.
