Ade Richard

Ade holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Ibadan and master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Offshore (Subsea) Engineering both from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. Ade also has a Master of Business Administration obtained from the same university. He has over 15 years’ in on/offshore construction, project management and contract management experience as Senior Engineer with Natural Power & Sweco UK, Divisional Engineering Manager with Vinci Construction and as Deputy Head of Section of Aberdeen Harbour Expansion Project with Dragados AS.

Ade is a Member of the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE). He is also a Technical Member of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers UK. He is also a Chartered Geologist, a Fellow of the Geological Society London and a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in the UK and a Chartered Manager.

Ade is interested in mentoring anyone who is keen to developing his/her skills, knowledge and experience and would like to work towards obtaining a professional qualification with the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Geological Society, the Chartered Management Institute or the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
