RETECH Foundation (RF) sets up 10 book clubs in Zarumai Model Secondary School, Minna where the 100 members of the clubs were given books. The clubs will be monitored and guided by their patrons, Mr Mohammed Umar Kutigi and Mr Iliya Bako.
